34e Journée mondiale du malade - 11 février 2026(Ottawa) – Le message du pape Léon XIV pour la 34e Journée mondiale du malade, qui sera célébrée le mercredi 11 février 2026, offre le thème de « La compassion du Samaritain : aimer en portant la douleur de l’autre ». Dans son message, le Saint-Père nous offre la prière suivante :
Douce Mère, ne t’éloigne pas,
ne détourne pas ton regard de moi.
Viens avec moi partout
et ne me laisse jamais seul.
Puisque tu me protèges autant
comme une véritable Mère,
fais que le Père, le Fils et le Saint-Esprit me bénissent!
Message du Pape Léon XIV pour la 34e Journée mondiale du malade
(Ottawa) – Pope Leo XIV’s message for the 34th World Day of the Sick, which will be celebrated on Wednesday, 11 February 2026, offers a reflection on the theme “The compassion of the Samaritan: loving by bearing another’s pain”. In his message, the Holy Father offers us the following prayer:
Sweet Mother, do not part from me.
Turn not your eyes away from me.
Walk with me at every moment
and never leave me alone.
You who always protect me
as a true Mother,
obtain for me the blessing of the Father,
Son and Holy Spirit.
