This 8 session workshop, offered by the Aidants Naturels of Haut St-Laurent, aims to support the family caregiver in their role to understand, identify and define personal needs and limits. At the same time, caregivers will learn the ways and strategies to prevent burnout. These sessions will be set on Thurdays, from April 4th to May 23rd, and from 6:00 p.m to 8:30 p.m., at the Ormstown CVR.
